Annual Salary: $64k to $120K

Position Summary

As a Product Manager, your job will be to help define and launch experiences that onboard, engage, delight, and retain our users. The Product Manager role is geared towards driven and curious individuals newer to the world of product management who are looking for a role where they can make an immediate impact.

Roles:

Collaborate with our client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clients. Work with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap. Work alongside Product leadership to manage product lifecycle processes from concept to delivery, to sunset. Seek user feedback to uncover new needs, gain deeper insights into new requests, and solicit feedback on recently released enhancements. Be the voice of the user within the engineering teams, clearly articulating user needs and customer goals, and translating them into technical solutions that map back to solving a user's problem or job. Actively work with the team to decompose epics/features into user stories that are granular enough for the team to estimate and work on. Participate in relevant agile and product development ceremonies. Coordinate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure product launches are successful. Be the expert and go-to person for your initiatives. Manage communication of product initiatives both internally and externally.

Proficiencies:

6 to 7+ years in Product Management or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Desire to work in a fast-paced software environment (agile experience preferred), and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines. Knowledge of wireframing and/or prototyping tools is a big plus. Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of priorities. High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful. Understanding of digital video or audio devices and services and related features, including user interfaces and applications, are highly desired. Experience with IoT devices or medical devices desired.
