Tracy-Locke is looking for a Project Manager to join our team

 

Project Managers are the hub that drives all projects through our processes to ensure work is completed on time, on budget and within scope. The Project Management team sets the bar for problem solving and decisiveness across the agency team and functional groups to effectively lead the team to the best outcome for our clients.

 

Responsibilities:
Manages projects for the full lifecycle of the project from project initiation to project completion.

Responsible for project timelines, budgets and process adherence across multi-discipline teams through weekly statuses and project management tools.

Develop and manage project timelines needed to complete project deliverables.

Able to break project down into small pieces (stages) and understand the deliverables at each stage.

Identify shifts in timing, deliverables, and resources while communicating potential impacts.

Lead production phase of projects, route creative and mechanicals for internal approvals, coordinate retouching and mechanical requests with studio.

Ensure involvement of the appropriate teams during each project phase.

Monitors costs for all stages of the project and issues revised quotes for client approval.

Partner with finance, account, and production teams to ensure monthly project billing is accurate by tracking, reporting, evaluating, and controlling projects.

Supports qualitative and quantitative project risk management assessments with PM Supervisor.

Proactively identify project issues and escalate to PM Supervisor.

Drive open and honest communications across all teams to ensure no roadblocks in projects.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in managing small and medium scale projects within budget and schedule constrains.

Ability to effectively balance multiple projects at once.

Understanding of production work and scheduling for print, digital, photography and broadcast elements.

Proficient with project management software (Workfront a plus), working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project financial systems.

Highly organized, flexible, ability to adapt to unique situations and projects; able to thrive in changing, dynamic environment.

Strong time-management and active listening skills.

Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize activities.

At the time of posting, a reasonable estimate of the base salary of this role is $60k-$65k. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, associated responsibilities, and other organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. This is an exempt position.
