Project Architect

Responsibilities:
Manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants
Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and all authorities having jurisdiction
Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges
Maintain project manual and specification
Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Architecture
8+ years of project experience in a commercial design firm
Interested in accelerating your career growth and leading projects
Licensed or Registered Architect
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office
Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirement
LEED accreditation preferred
