Title: HRBP/HR Manager

Compensation: $130-150k + Bonus

Location: Near Greenville, SC


We are partnering with a global client in the logistics and supply chain space that is seeking a strategic HRBP to be "Head of HR" for one of their large distribution centers. They offer tons of growth potential within the organization and this specific site is one of their largest.


If you have 7+ years HR experience in a high volume logistics, supply chain, warehouse, distribution industry, this could be for you


What You’ll Do:


• Partner with key leaders at site on organizational design, change management, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.

• Work closely with leadership in structuring and developing teams to maximize performance and employee engagement. Develop and analyze key areas of development and training initiatives to promote internal growth within organization.

• Responsible for partnering with TA teams to scale up and down either on a permanent or contractual basis.

• Establish strong relationships with leadership and floor managers. Oversee complex employee relations issues, escalating as needed.

• Develop comprehensive performance management, succession planning, and talent objectives to support overall company culture.

• Partner with Total Rewards teams to analyze trends/metrics to develop strategies, reward systems and programs that support business needs.

• Performs other related duties and assignments as required.


Qualifications:


• 7+ years’ progressive Human Resources experience

• BS/BA degree Human Resources Management, Human Resource Development or Business Administration
