Interactive Gaming Manager

Why We Need Your Talents:
The Interactive Gaming Manager oversees the daily operation of Live Casino’s online real-money wagering website approved in Pennsylvania. Working closely with the Interactive Gaming Director and other departments like marketing, finance, compliance, customer service, and our online gaming partners, this position is responsible for the overall success of marketing strategy/implementation and site functionality/enhancement to help drive customer loyalty and increased player value. They will collaborate, manage, and lead both internal and external teams to achieve all operational, marketing, and revenue goals of PlayLive Casino.
Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact:
Supervises the Interactive Gaming Marketing Coordinator and helps direct and support the Interactive Gaming VIP Coordinator
Manages all marketing strategies for CRM and retention activities
Oversees and implements all PlayLive onsite, email, and cross-property marketing
Directs and/or executes all marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy of campaign builds, proofing of copy, and timely/accurate submissions to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Completes monthly Responsible Gaming checkpoints as required by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board
Works closely with Graphic Designer to guide brand look and creative elements as well as email templates and ad-hoc promotional messages to PlayLive customers
Works to ensure proper PlayLive KPIs are tracked and compiled to analyze historical trends, marketing campaign success, and guide overall strategy
Performs all required ad-hoc analysis and works with corporate support teams to build dashboards, proformas and postformas to provide direction for all site operations and marketing strategy
Leads all PlayLive device (desktop, Android, iOS) audits/testing to ensure
Continuous improvement of user experience and the user journey
Marketing programs compliance and accuracy
Ensures game stability/accessibility in conjunction with marketing efforts
Drives platform provider toward development list completion and identifies priorities on bug list and dev list
Keeps customer service teams informed on upcoming promotions and marketing efforts and help troubleshoot any escalated customer concerns
Leads all new content launches in conjunction with platform provider and ensures marketing support to maximize revenue
Manages all Customer Service PlayLive communications inclusive of marketing programing, operational issues, compliance, etc.
Manage social media marketing campaigns, customer engagement and metrics
Monitors campaigns to improve efficiency and ROI throughout the customer lifecycle
Track and update data segmentation and business unit KPIs
Supports VIP segmentation and assists in developing a comprehensive marketing plan to increase revenue and streamline the Interactive Gaming VIP Coordinator’s day-to-day
Manages projects in the technical and online gaming space
Manages site content to include
Promotional game placement
Featured games
Overall order of games based on gameplay data
Maintenance communications
Etc.
Collaborates with on-property marketing teams and game content providers to develop cross-marketing opportunities
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Proven expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and management
Ability to manage and lead team members toward successful achievement of department goals
Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Proven knowledge of Marketing Project Management
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability for innovative thinking
Specific understanding of online gaming, online marketing, and online gaming regulations
High proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and executing marketing strategy
Knowledge/expert user of iSight, Acoustic and/or Prismic a plus
Must-Haves:
Two (2+) years’ experience in online social, online real-money or brick and mortar gaming preferred
A 4-year degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the position
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment
This job may be considered for remote (telecommuting) work
24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees
Exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noises
You may be required to work in an environment where smoking is allowed
