In this important position, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees with utmost care and attention to detail.
Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ensuring all new hire and contract employee information is accurate.
Serving as our team "go-to" point of contact for all things HR.
Monitoring benefits eligibility and keep employees informed of requirements and deadlines.
Compiling timesheets, monitor attendance and records.
Reviewing payroll/time reporting information, and quickly addressing any discrepancies.
Monitoring systems for accurate calculating and coding.
Playing a crucial role in orienting new hires to our company culture.
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Highly energetic, motivated, and collaborative
Thrive on delivering excellent customer service to site employees
Skilled in timekeeping systems, Kronos experience is a plus.
Knowledge of HRIS, Workday experience is a plus.
Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Windows.
Ability to develop relationships with, and support, sites/employees remotely
