HIGHLY is hiring a Human Resources Administrator. This is full time, in person, benefits-eligible position with a professional and growing recreational cannabis company.

With a primary focus on recruiting and administration, the Human Resources Administrator will work under the supervision of our existing leadership team. Successful applicants will have a bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or similar substantial coursework) and a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources and Administrative experience.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Coordinate and execute HR programs
- Support open enrollment and other annual programs
- Support staff engagement events
- Build relationships with staff at all levels
- Contribute to positive company culture
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex employment laws
- Communicate company initiatives in a way that engages all staff regardless of department or location
- Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a Maine Adult Use Cannabis Individual Identification Card (per state regulations)

Demonstrated experience with Payroll, Human Resources, and Office Administration required; may include combination of specialized education/certification and work experience. This is an on-site, in-person position at our Brunswick, ME facility. Working hours will typically be from 9am to 5pm.
