As an HR Intern, you will work alongside the Human Resources team on a Job Architecture project. Your primary responsibility will be leading the process of developing harmonization of job documentation; to include, developing an approach to job documentation (template), create an organized repository for all job documentation, working with Managers to update/create job documentation, and developing/recommending a governance process for ongoing maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to gather information about job responsibilities, qualifications, and other relevant details.

Draft comprehensive, succinct, and accurate job descriptions that reflect the requirements of roles within the organization.

Conduct reviews of drafted job descriptions with department managers to ensure alignment with current responsibilities and requirements.

Update as needed and finalize job descriptions to adhere to the company's standard formatting guidelines.

 Create a well-organized job description database to facilitate easy access and retrieval of information

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college/university in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, majoring in human resources.

Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to provide an unofficial transcript from university.

Must be able to complete Background screening and drug test.

Solid verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications.

High level of trust and demonstrated ability to work with confidential data.
