Overview:

As an HR Intern, you will work alongside the Human Resources team on a Job Architecture project. Your primary responsibility will be leading the process of developing harmonization of job documentation; to include, developing an approach to job documentation (template), create an organized repository for all job documentation, working with Managers to update/create job documentation, and developing/recommending a governance process for ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department managers to gather information about job responsibilities, qualifications, and other relevant details.
  • Draft comprehensive, succinct, and accurate job descriptions that reflect the requirements of roles within the organization.
  • Conduct reviews of drafted job descriptions with department managers to ensure alignment with current responsibilities and requirements.
  • Update as needed and finalize job descriptions to adhere to the company's standard formatting guidelines.
  • Create a well-organized job description database to facilitate easy access and retrieval of information
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from an accredited college/university in a bachelors or masters degree program, majoring in human resources.
  • Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher and be able to provide an unofficial transcript from university.
  • Must be able to complete Background screening and drug test.
  • Solid verbal and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
  • High level of trust and demonstrated ability to work with confidential data.
