Overview:
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and market penetration within the high growth team. Leveraging your expertise in market intelligence, research, strategic planning, and content development, you will lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support the high growth team in achieving their growth targets.

Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence:

Gather, process, evaluate, and disseminate comprehensive market intelligence to the High Growth Teams.

Apply diverse research methodologies to analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior, synthesizing findings to define Porex's value proposition for specific market applications.

Comfortably compare technical solutions with competitors to articulate Porex's unique value proposition effectively.

Present findings in a clear and concise manner to inform strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with the High Growth Teams to interpret market intelligence and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and other growth initiatives.

Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve business objectives.

Content Development:

Define and develop compelling messaging, market/product content, and collateral tailored to the defined market, including whitepapers, case studies, and presentations.

Identify and define target accounts for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor and optimize funnel fill in target markets to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive lead generation.

Track key metrics to measure the performance of content initiatives and identify areas for optimization and improvement.

Strategic Initiative Support:

Play an active role in planning, checking, and adjusting strategic initiatives based on market intelligence and performance data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with organizational goals and objectives.

Provide support for the development and maintenance of marketing collateral to support sales and business development efforts in the markets you’ve defined.

Qualifications:

Deep understanding of the healthcare and industrial sectors including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable strategies and initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the capability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Creative thinker with the capacity to develop compelling content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand technical products to define market gaps and ultimately determine value proposition.

Work Environment:

Onsite with remote work flexibility. Fairburn GA.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Advanced degree such as MS Marketing, MMkt, or MBA preferred.

Five (5) or more years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B manufacturing.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare and/or industrial sectors.

Proficiency in marketing CRM systems and analytical tools.

Deep understanding of healthcare and/or industrial sector dynamics, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing practices.
