Front Office Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES
* PATIENT COMMUNICATION: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, both in-person and over the phone. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
* APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and appropriate allocation of resources. Update and maintain appointment schedules in the system accurately.
* PATIENT INTAKE AND RECORDS: Gather patient information, including medical history, insurance details, and personal demographics. Ensure all patient records are complete, accurate, and comply with relevant privacy regulations.
* ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing patient files. Maintain office and clinical supplies inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
* Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software
