Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with major retailers and specialty stores

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue goals by season

Analyze business on a weekly basis and recap for upper management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and programs that meet client needs

Collaborate with accounts to define and execute strategies and identify opportunities

Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions

Forecast sales and inventory needs to ensure service levels are maintained

Manage and prioritize workload to maximize productivity and meet deadlines

Strategize and execute new business opportunities alongside VP of Sales

Manage market prep and appointments as well as internal and external follow up

Skills

Excellent communication presentation skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Understanding of Open to Buy’s

Proficient Excel ability

Requirements

5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role in the men's or women’s apparel industry

Strong understanding of the apparel supply chain from design to production to sales

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
