Global Delivery Model. Position Summary:
As a Senior Account Executive at Cogent Infotech, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business development within the New York City area while also ensuring exceptional account management for our existing clients. This position is remote but requires frequent travel within New York City (4-8 times a month). If you're a dynamic and motivated sales professional who thrives on both hunting for new opportunities and building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify and target prospective clients through market research and networking. Create and execute strategic sales plans to secure new accounts. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients. Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase our services and value proposition. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Account Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide ongoing support and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. Track client performance and satisfaction, implementing strategies for improvement. Travel Requirements: Travel to meet with clients and prospects within New York City is required (4-8 times a month). Schedule and plan travel itineraries to maximize efficiency and client engagement. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Provide regular feedback to the team on market developments and client preferences. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system. Generate regular reports on sales progress and account management efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree a plus). Proven track record in sales and business development, with a minimum of [X] years of experience. Strong understanding of the [industry] market in New York City. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
