About This Role

Reporting to the Senior Director of HCP Marketing, the Associate Director, HCP Marketing & KME Engagement will drive customer focused KME engagement strategy and key HCP marketing initiatives to support the MS portfolio. This role requires a degree of field presence.  Candidate must be able to travel as necessary. 

What You’ll Do

•    Drive accountability of the KME engagement plan through aligned KPIs that track progress of plan 

•    Serve as the strategic marketing lead for Professional Associations, Programming / Speaker driving prioritization and orchestration of KME Engagements 

•    Ensure specific HCP initiatives including marketing programs and campaigns are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.

•    Train Field Teams on new and updated promotional materials, and continuously refine assets based on feedback and insights shared across Biogen

•    Collaborate with HCP Marketing Lead, agencies, and Cross-Functional partners, including Field Leaders to establish and track KPIs for marketing assets

•    Use data and analytics to develop impact measurement approach across initiatives

•    Lead HCP marketing initiatives in close collaboration with other team members and key functional partners. Specific initiatives may include:

o    Own and manage development and execution of the annual Key Customer Engagement strategy and execution plan aligned to the MS portfolio and brand strategic priorities

o    Oversee strategic HCP initiatives aimed to drive brand growth for priority MS brand

o    Develop field materials with consistent pull through of aligned messages – talking points.  leave behinds etc.

o    Partner closely with field sales team to prioritize, focus, and gain alignment on the most impactful campaigns and associated messaging to deliver brand objectives. 

o    Partner with MA&R to identify and solve for critical access opportunities

o    Support brand planning and strategy development.

o    Coordinate competitive intelligence and appropriate response plan.
