Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: Trenton, NJ 08611 (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract (with possible extension)

Job Description:
Shift timings will be from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon- Fri)
Hardware inventory management
Equipment imaging
Software installation
Rollout equipment
User migration
Hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, MFD (Client preferably)
Windows 10/11 OS
Microsoft Office suite desktop applications
MS365 web applications
SCCM imaging technologies
Communication skills.
