In this high-impact role, you'll champion the Brightview brand, guide community sales teams, and drive results that support our mission of helping seniors live vibrant, fulfilling lives. This region includes a community in Orangeburg, NY as well as two communities on Long Island and multiple communities in Westchester County. It is imperative that this Regional Director of Sales reside within this footprint and be able to travel to communities 4 days per week. ResponsibilitiesConsistently and genuinely demonstrate the STARS principles of Service, Teamwork, Action, Reputation and Success in all activities and interactions. Collaborate with Regional Director of Operations / Regional VP of Operations, Executive Directors and Community Sales Directors to develop and implement strategic sales plans and budgets to achieve performance objectives. While there are no direct reports in this position, there is dotted line oversight of Community Sales Directors in each assigned portfolio. Inspire, coach, and empower community Sales teams to master lead generation, sharpen follow-up strategies, and leverage our CRM to accelerate results, streamline the sales process, and overcome barriers to closing sales. Provide consistent and timely feedback to community sales teams and collaborate on actionable steps to drive continuous improvement and success. Educate and coach all associates to demonstrate how their daily interactions and individual strengths contribute to the overall sales experience. Partner with home office and regional leadership to provide guidance and support to community managers, working together toward common goals and collective success. Brightview is thriving and as we continue to grow, the RDS will play a key role in when it comes to selling our "coming soon" communities through external business development, supporting the team, and by ensuring that we're meeting or exceeding pre-opening and opening goals. Provide targeted sales intervention, support and recommendations to new and focus communities within assigned portfolio. Analyze metrics and reporting tools to monitor occupancy, pipeline management, lead quality, outreach efforts, and other indicators of sales effectiveness and adjust strategies as appropriate. Lead and coordinate the creation of outreach campaigns in a variety of mediums to market Brightview communities and generate leads. Track and evaluate the success of these campaigns and initiatives and pivot as necessary. Advise community management and sales teams regarding opportunities to enhance the appearance, curb appeal, and general marketability of their communities. Serve as an interim Community Sales Director as needed to cover staffing needs and/or provide additional resources for occupancy challenges. Take an active role in the recruiting and selection process for sales teams within your assigned region. Participate in due diligence, analysis, and consideration of strategic initiatives, acquisitions and new development. Salary RangeUSD $155,000.00 - USD $180,000.00 /Yr.Compensation DisclosureThe salary range displayed above represents the potential pay available for this role at target and includes a combination of base salary bonus potential. The amount earned will ultimately depend on performance in the position and there is earning potential below and above this range. Additional bonus opportunities are also available for new communities. A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience and qualifications, location and size of the community (if relevant), certifications and trainings, etc. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred. 7 plus years of progressive experience in sales and marketing with at least three years in sales management or leadership, preferably in the senior living or hospitality industries. Multi-site management including start-up and/or expansion strongly preferred. Extensive external business development experience leading to lucrative partnerships and referrals. Experience in new markets and / or opening of additional locations. Proven record of exceeding performance and sales metrics, as well as revenue & occupancy targets. Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to speak persuasively and present information both one-on-one and in front of audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to make and support collaborative decisions as well as make decisions independently. Ability to work with strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities. Experience with CRMs (experience with Welcome Home and / or Yardi is a plus). Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet based applications. Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
