Position: Account ExecutiveCompensation: $60,000-$80,000 + Commission (OTE ~$125K-175K+)Position OverviewThe Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the commercial flooring sector. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the commercial flooring market.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Conduct on-site assessments and consultations to determine customer requirements and provide tailored flooring solutions.Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.Provide product knowledge and industry insights to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in the commercial flooring industry.Ability to grow a book of business with end-users, commercial property managers, and general contractors.Strong understanding of flooring project sales and territory management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.Demonstrated success in field sales and achieving sales targets.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits- Base Salary: $60K-$80K - OTE: 125K-175K+ (Uncapped)- Medical- Vision- Dental- 401K- Flexible schedule- Car allowance- Paid business expenses
