Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and ensure timely payments
  • Assist in managing corporate credit card program
  • Utilize Paylocity for payroll processing, reporting, and compliance and RealPage/AvidXChange for AP management and automation
  • Assist with month-end closing, payroll audits, and AP reconciliations
  • Work closely with Accounting, Finance, HR, Operations, and Fund teams to streamline payroll, AP processes, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ year of payroll and accounts payable experience strongly preferred
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic planning skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for accuracy
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees, vendors, and management
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting payroll and AP issues
  • Familiarity with Paylocity, RealPage, or similar software preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

This position reports directly to the Payroll Manager and will be fully on-site/in-person located at our Corporate Office located at 9651 Katy Freeway in Houston, TX 77024.
