Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Specialist based in Houston, TX. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing expense reports, completing journal entries, and ensuring accurate finance and accounting records. Day-to-day tasks include verifying expenses, reconciling statements, handling vendor communications, and maintaining comprehensive financial records.

Qualifications

  • Experience with processing Expense Reports and handling Journal Entries (Accounting)
  • Strong Analytical Skills applied in a Finance and Accounting context
  • Proficiency in detailed financial record-keeping
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with vendor management and communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
