What you'll do

  • Utilize Salesforce to track client interactions, manage project timelines, and maintain accurate records of communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings, enhancing overall customer experience.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client feedback and service performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate project management efforts across departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide insights into market trends and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making within the organization.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials that resonate with clients and promote our services effectively.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.

Preferred qualifications

  • Background in financial services or SaaS (Software as a Service) industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience in project management or account management roles that demonstrate your organizational skills.
