What you'll do

- Conduct thorough analysis of client feedback and service performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate project management efforts across departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions tailored to client needs.

Basic qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce.

- Background in financial services or SaaS (Software as a Service) industries is highly desirable.
