We're looking for a Director of Client Services who embodies those same values — a high-level communicator, strategist, and relationship builder who can lead client engagements end-to-end while keeping internal teams aligned and accountable.
The Role
As the Director of Client Services, you serve as the strategic and operational bridge between our clients and internal teams. You ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident, while driving internal clarity, prioritization, and execution.
This role requires more than account management; you must understand digital marketing at a strategic level across paid media, email/SMS, creative, CRO, and full-funnel growth. You'll turn complex data into clear insights, guide decision-making, and help clients see the big picture behind performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Relationship Leadership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients with proactive and transparent communication.
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable narratives and recommendations.
- Build trusted partnerships by aligning client goals with meaningful marketing outcomes.
- Anticipate needs, identify risks early, and bring solutions before problems escalate.
Internal Team Coordination & Project Oversight
- Manage workflows between Paid Ads, Email/SMS, Creative, Web, and Strategy teams.
- Turn client goals into clear internal tasks with ownership, timelines, and accountability.
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Oversee client onboarding, launches, reporting cadences, and ongoing optimization cycles.
Marketing Strategy & Reporting
- Review, interpret, and present campaign performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, Klaviyo, and supporting platforms.
- Provide strategic insights and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Understand full-funnel digital marketing, from top-of-funnel traffic to repeat customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date on platform changes, creative trends, and emerging tools that could impact client strategy.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of client management or project management experience within a digital marketing or eCommerce agency (required).
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Email/SMS marketing.
- Proven ability to communicate performance clearly and confidently at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Highly organized with experience using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and a calm, solutions-driven approach.
