Overview

We're partnering with a national provider of payment technology that helps small and mid sized businesses streamline their daily operations. As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you'll connect with business owners, introduce simple payment solutions, and make sure they have the tools and support to succeed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and learning new skills.

What You'll Do

  • Speak with business owners to understand their needs and recommend helpful tools.

  • Attend scheduled meetings and follow up with interested clients.

  • Build relationships through clear, friendly communication.

  • Keep track of activity and notes in the company's CRM system.

  • Collaborate with your team to meet engagement goals.
