Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables between clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain accurate client and project records, including correspondence, contracts, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and distribute project updates, meeting notes, and follow-up summaries.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, calls, and check-ins with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with project documentation such as quotes, proposals, timelines, and status updates.
  • Monitor client requests and ensure they are routed to the appropriate team members.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and project closing documentation as needed.
  • Identify potential delays or client concerns early and communicate effectively with management for resolution.
  • Ensure a professional and supportive client experience by handling all interactions with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent .
  • Prior experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or project support .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM or project management platforms .
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, courteous, and proactive approach to client interactions.

Pay: $62, $74,856.86 per year
