Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Virtual Professional to support deployment and implementation activities across multiple client projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from deal closure to deployment. You will oversee project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintain open communication with customers to ensure all technical and operational requirements are met.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring successful deployments, validating infrastructure readiness, and facilitating smooth handoffs to support teams after project completion.

What you'll do

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff from deal closure to deployment initiation
  • Capture technical requirements, customer expectations, and project scope to define clear implementation timelines
  • Conduct pre-deployment infrastructure assessments to validate customer readiness (networking, storage, compute, and security)
  • Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure all components and access permissions are properly configured
  • Manage deployment timelines, track milestones, and proactively address potential delays
  • Serve as the main customer liaison, providing updates and resolving technical or configuration issues during deployment
  • Perform post-deployment validation, acceptance testing, and facilitate handoff to support teams

Preferred qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, , or similar)
  • Familiarity with workflow documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the team
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results
