About the Role:
We are searching for disciplined, high-performing salespeople who can convert warm inbound leads into signed real estate contracts. This role requires strong communication, consistent follow-up, and the ability to negotiate effectively. If you want a position where your success is measured by your results, and you are comfortable being evaluated on daily performance, this is an excellent opportunity.
Important Note:
This position is 100% commission. There is no base salary. Earnings are entirely dependent on performance and closed contracts.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct virtual appointments with homeowners to understand their situation and present solutions.
- Underwrite properties to determine strong, competitive offer ranges.
- Negotiate effectively to secure signed contracts.
- Send offers, manage documentation, and keep CRM records updated and accurate.
- Meet daily and weekly performance expectations, including conversations, appointments, offers sent, and contracts secured.
- Participate in training, call reviews, and ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred (Not necessarily real estate experience).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Ability to manage a high volume of conversations and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Comfortable following a structured sales process and meeting defined KPIs.
- Reliable and organized, with the discipline to manage tasks independently.
- Competitive mindset and willingness to improve through feedback and coaching.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Daily team meeting at 9:00 AM EST.
- Flexibility to engage with strong opportunities outside of core hours when needed.
Growth:
High performers have a clear path toward roles such as Senior Closer, Team Lead, and Sales Manager. Advancement is based on results and consistency.
