Real Estate Buyers Agent

We're a rapidly growing Real Estate Sales and Investment company in need of an experienced buyer's agent. Real Estate License is Required.
We work from the office and are looking for full time applicants Leads and professional development are provided.
For this commission based role, we will need a problem solver, who is tech savvy, willing to learn or try new things. Our ideal candidate is not only willing but excited to be the face of our company, bring a positive attitude everyday, and communicate effectively.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Wholesale Acquisitions
- Assist in sourcing potential property acquisitions through various channels.
- Conduct market research and property analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Support the negotiation and acquisition process by preparing documentation and conducting due diligence.
- Track and report on metrics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Nurture company provided buyer leads and maintain database
- Meet with potential buyer's to assess their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Property Search and Evaluation
- Conduct detailed property searches using MLS and other tools.
- Schedule and host property showings.
- Provide guidance on property conditions, neighborhoods, and market trends.
- Market Expertise
- Provide regular market updates to clients.
- Analyze and interpret market data to inform client decisions.
- Education
- Keep up with continuing education requirements to maintain a valid license.
- Stay informed about changes in Arizona real estate laws, contracts, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Licensing
- Active Arizona real estate salesperson license.
- Knowledge of Arizona real estate laws and regulations (A.R.S Title 32, Chapter 20).
- Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a buyer's agent.
- Proven track record of successful home purchases or client satisfaction.
- Knowledge
- Familiarity with the Arizona Residential Purchase Contract and other transaction documents.
- Understanding of local markets, especially the East Valley (e.g., Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert).
- Expertise in property valuation and market trends.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Multiple Listing Service (MLS) platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and transaction management software.
- Communication Skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain real estate concepts and processes clearly to clients.

- Ethical and trustworthy.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Transportation
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
