Real Estate Operations Manager

We're looking for a Type-A, process-driven Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our real estate sales division. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on accountability, structure, and execution. You'll work closely with our lead Transaction Coordinator, Sales Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure our systems and people are running at peak efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily operations of the real estate sales team
- Oversee agent onboarding and Bootcamp processes
- Support and improve the transaction coordination team, assisting the lead TC with systems and process oversight
- Document, refine, and enforce standard operating procedures
- Hold team members accountable to timelines, KPIs, and company standards
- Implement and leverage AI tools to automate and enhance daily activities
- Track performance data and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment and operational flow
Who You Are
- Type-A personality who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
- Experienced in real estate transaction coordination and comfortable managing multiple deals and systems at once
- Process-oriented, detail-driven, and skilled at running organized operations
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people accountable
- Tech-savvy and experienced with implementing AI or automation to improve efficiency
- Capable of leading projects and people with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or real estate team management
- Experience with CRMs like Follow Up Boss and
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
- Background in real estate sales or transaction coordination strongly preferred
Compensation
Compensation is salary plus bonus opportunities. Total compensation expected $80,000-$90,000 per year.
