Real Estate - Inside Sales Associate (can work remotely)

We're hiring a Real Estate Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to join our fast-paced, high-energy team serving the Southern California market. If you're passionate about helping people, love talking on the phone, and want a career that rewards hustle and results—this is your chance.

What You'll Do:

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective buyers and sellers
  • Identify qualified leads and set appointments for our top-producing agents
  • Nurture long-term leads and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM
  • Follow proven scripts to guide conversations, overcome objections, and deliver value
  • Track call metrics, lead conversion data, and report progress regularly
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure a seamless hand-off and client experience
  • Collaborate in team coaching, sales training, and strategy meetings
  • Support admin with personalized, consistent follow-up

  • Strong phone presence and confidence in cold/warm calling
  • Thick skin and persistence—this is a high-rejection, high-reward role

  • Prior experience in phone sales or real estate is a plus but not required

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (remote role)
  • Available to prospect 2–5 hours daily (upon your schedule and goal)
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital lead tools (training provided)
  • Fast learner who thrives in a goal-driven environment

Bonus If You Are:

  • Bilingual (especially Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish)
  • Experienced in real estate lead generation
  • Familiar with tools like Lofty, Vulcan7, Mojo, or similar CRMs
