Duties

  • Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process by providing expert guidance and support
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional methods to promote listings
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and local market trends
  • Manage administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling appointments, and updating client records with precision
  • Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate property inspections, maintenance requests, and lease agreements
  • Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds by leveraging multilingual or bilingual skills when applicable

Experience

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage clients professionally and clearly
  • Demonstrated marketing ability to attract clients through creative campaigns and digital outreach
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices is highly desirable
  • Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently
  • Previous administrative experience within real estate or related fields will be considered an asset
