The Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs will lead talent acquisition projects, optimize recruitment tools, and enhance the hiring process. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, this role will involve partnering with various departments to drive efficiencies, identify and solve complex problems, and continuously improve the talent acquisition function.

This unique position merges the art of recruiting with the principles of process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring a deep enthusiasm for talent acquisition, actively engaging in identifying and attracting top talent while simultaneously driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process. By blending innovative recruiting techniques with a focus on continuous improvement, the candidate will play a critical role in shaping the recruitment landscape of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
  • Drive optimizations to talent acquisition processes and programs that enhance the experience of hiring managers and candidates.
  • Optimize and enhance Workday Recruiting, GEM and other recruitment tools ensuring their full utilization to streamline hiring workflows, reporting, and candidate engagement.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement recruiting tools that improve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring efficiency.
  • Establish and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies & tactical initiatives utilizing knowledge and technical expertise of recruitment principles and best practices ensuring recruitment strategy supports current hiring needs & future growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, operations, and other teams to drive alignment and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Analyze data and recruitment metrics to uncover gaps, measure success, and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Manage and improve hiring manager engagement by providing guidance, training, and insights to enhance hiring decisions.
  • Ensure process consistency and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Continuously refine and improve talent acquisition strategies by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, plus five or more years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources, with at least three years in a leadership role; experience will be considered in lieu of education.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience driving change management initiatives within talent acquisition.
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, including managing or supporting talent acquisition programs.
  • Extensive working experience with Workday Recruiting, including system optimization and reporting required.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and optimizing recruitment tools to improve efficiency in sourcing, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and hiring processes
  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and implement recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with a strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across teams.
  • Ability to think holistically and understand business impacts when making decisions or implementing process improvements.
  • An entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of additional HR technologies and recruiting platforms.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth's total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees' personal and professional wellness. Base Pay Range -$113,200 - $141,500
