Talent Acquisition Partners are advisors to the business that create and implement talent sourcing strategies to identify key talent for our organization. You will contribute to the company's success by supporting strategic hiring goals to attract, source, hire, and retain high quality, diverse individuals. To be successful in this role, you will have Talent Acquisition experience in full life-cycle recruitment included but not limited to partnering in workforce planning, job postings, sourcing, pre-screening, assessments, interview scheduling, pre-employment checks, etc. Ultimately, you will help us build a strong employer brand and ensure we provide a positive candidate experience. This role will report to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition.
This position is remote.
A Day in the Life:
- Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship.
- Full life cycle recruiting for assigned client groups including candidate engagement, sourcing, screening, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interviewing process, closing/negotiating the offers, and assisting with the pre-employment process.
- Develop successful partnerships with Global Business Managers/Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Partners in the Unites States, Philippines, and India.
- Work closely with Business Leaders & VP of Talent Acquisition to ensure interlock with overall hiring needs for assigned area of the business.
- Attend weekly calls/meetings to review status on recruiting activities, discuss challenges, and suggest ideas for new/different recruitment strategies.
- In partnership with the business, determine the qualification criteria for each position.
- Update job descriptions in accordance with company process.
- Meet or exceed the Talent Acquisition metrics and key performance indicators.
We are looking for someone who:
Experience:
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment preferred.
- 3+ years of internal client relationship experience; supporting internal managers/leaders through the talent acquisition process.
- Preferred candidate will have both high-volume experience & corporate function experience.
- Campus Recruiting and Job Fairs.
- Global Recruiting experience preferred.
Computer/Technical:
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Experienced Workday Recruiter experience preferred.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
Other Skills:
- Strong consulting and relationship management skills. Ability to manage up/down within hierarchy.
- Most possess solid written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and strong presentation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, and influence without authority, and drive actions necessary for desired results.
- High level of professionalism and business sophistication/acumen required
