Director of Talent Acquisition

PartnerCare is searching for an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our growing talent strategy. In this pivotal leadership role, you will own end-to-end recruiting across PartnerCare's clinical and corporate roles, driving our mission to build exceptional teams that deliver outstanding patient care.
Your ImpactAs Director of Talent Acquisition, you will shape our talent acquisition strategy and execution by:
- Managing and developing a recruiting team while establishing an additional role to optimize talent acquisition
- Architecting the TA function's design, operating model, KPIs, and budget discipline
- Elevating our employer brand through compelling EVP development, digital presence, and targeted campaigns
- Partnering with senior leadership to forecast needs, build robust provider pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate journey
- Reporting directly to the CPO and providing regular updates to the board, including presenting progress, risks, and hiring metrics at weekly and quarterly meetings
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to deliver high-quality, timely hiring results
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs, align resources, and develop workforce plans that support business growth
- Act as the process quarterback ensuring interviews, references, and site visits stay on track and are executed efficiently
- Own full-cycle recruitment strategy for all departments, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and administrative roles
- Define and manage key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and pipeline conversion rates, while delivering clear dashboards and insights to executive leadership
- Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience and streamlined process across all PartnerCare entities
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding and drive candidate engagement
- Develop and implement scalable, data-driven recruiting processes that improve efficiency, accountability, and hiring outcomes
- Own recruiting technology strategy—evaluate, select, and implement systems (including an ATS) to modernize operations, improve data visibility, and enable better decision-making
- Provide ongoing market intelligence in partnership with the Chief People Officer, including compensation benchmarks, attrition trends, and geographic hiring insights
- Regularly assess sourcing strategies and recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Doximity, etc.) to optimize ROI and candidate flow
- Partner with HR, Credentialing (RCM Leader), and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs from recruiting through onboarding
- Work closely with finance and leadership teams on headcount planning and recruiting budgets
- Represent Talent Acquisition as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, contributing to organizational strategy and workforce growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience recruiting for healthcare or multisite service organizations preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and influence decisions through data
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization
- Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for meetings or site visits (25-35%)
