The Customer Success Associate (Enterprise Business Team) fulfills business license research for our direct clients. The Customer Success Associate makes outreach to state and local government agencies to address client specific licensing questions and consolidates information into client deliverables and shared documents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct industry and location specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county and city level business licensing requirements

  • Create business specific research packages for timely delivery to clients in line with our established key performance indicators

  • Identify and compile licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including: forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data

  • Communicate directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries

  • Provide proactive updates to our clients and internal team members regarding order statuses and delays

  • Concisely convey findings to clients and team members via oral and written correspondence

Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.):

BA or BS preferred. 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment. Comfort working with Excel and Adobe PDF

Job Type: Contract
