Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle inquiries effectively. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system.
  • Conduct outbound calling as needed for follow-ups or surveys.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to create reports and documentation.
  • Uphold company policies while providing excellent client services.

Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with cash handling processes is beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic computer skills for navigating various software applications.
  • Sales experience is an asset but not required. Join us in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued customers
