About the Role

We're looking for a Go High-Level (GHL) Admin to help manage, build, and optimize our CRM and marketing automation systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident in building automations, managing workflows, and integrating tools to support lead generation, client onboarding, and retention systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize all Go High-Level accounts, sub-accounts, and pipelines

  • Build and automate funnels, workflows, and campaigns (SMS, email, triggers, pipelines)
  • Create and edit landing pages, forms, and surveys
  • Set up calendars, automations, and appointment reminders
  • Integrate GHL with other tools (e.g. Zapier, Stripe, Facebook Ads, Google Sheets)
  • Monitor campaign analytics and performance reports
  • Troubleshoot system issues and maintain a clean CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve automation and client experience

Requirements

Proven experience using Go High-Level (GHL) as an admin or automation specialist

  • Strong understanding of funnels, pipelines, triggers, and automations
  • Experience with email/SMS marketing and CRM management
  • Ability to build and test automations end-to-end
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Zapier, Twilio, Stripe, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
  • Self-starter who can manage time efficiently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in digital marketing, real estate, or service-based industries

  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or funnel design
  • Experience integrating APIs or advanced automations
