Go Mortgage, a fast-growing Independent Mortgage Banker headquartered in Columbus, OH, is looking for a top-tier, SPANISH SPEAKING Mortgage Loan Processor to join our high-performing local team. In this key role, you'll support three of the top-producing Loan Officers in the company—including the CEO's personal production—by managing loan files from contract to close with precision, care, and clear communication. This is a high-volume, high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a pipeline of residential mortgage loans from contract to close.
  • Structure and restructure loan files to meet investor and underwriting guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive and professional communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify potential issues in advance and resolve them to ensure timely closings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor (retail or correspondent experience preferred).
  • Deep understanding of conventional loan products and guidelines (FHA/VA a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Encompass experience is a plus.
