About Insulation Commandos:

We're a fast-growing national insulation franchise disrupting the home performance industry. We're looking for a proactive, take-charge marketing expert who can run our marketing efforts from ad strategy and campaign execution to analytics and reporting.

If you're a hands-on marketer who knows how to generate real leads for home services through Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, build, and manage high-performing ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, and other lead-gen channels.
  • Create and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and budgets to hit cost-per-lead and ROI goals.
  • Analyze data and track results - you'll own all analytics, reporting, and optimization.
  • Manage and improve performance for both corporate and franchise marketing efforts nationwide.
  • Work directly with leadership to build scalable marketing systems and strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven experience running paid ads for home service companies (HVAC, roofing, insulation, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing metrics.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills and you know your way around tracking, attribution, and dashboards.
  • A go-getter mindset and someone who can take ownership, move fast, and get results without hand-holding.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets at once.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
