Medium Blue is an established, well-respected digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) company with a global clientele. We are currently seeking a qualified individual who is interested in honing their skills in all aspects of digital marketing and assisting in each step of our client projects, as well as using various tools to streamline and improve existing processes. This is an excellent, remote opportunity to obtain first-hand education and knowledge, as you will work closely with an established expert in the field. We will consider any intelligent, qualified individuals who are eager to advance their skill set and make positive contributions to our client accounts.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

A candidate for this role will be expected to continually contribute to the optimization of every client's campaign in order to make improvements to client-specific results. They will further be expected to review existing processes and use tools such as generative AI to save time and improve outcomes. The role requires a rare combination of both creative and analytical skills (an equal balance of the "left brain" and "right brain").

This position requires collaboration with web developers, copywriters, and any other relevant production team members required to complete projects. A candidate for this position will be responsible for a variety of digital marketing tasks, many of which are not glamorous but are necessary for the success of the campaign.

The Digital Marketing Project Assistant must possess a strict attention to detail that should be applied to every task, as accuracy and dedication is imperative to the success of this role.

An ideal candidate for this role should be efficient, highly-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of switching gears – whether between project tasks or departmental projects – when required. To succeed in this role, you should also excel at creative thinking and problem solving, enabling you to identify and solve problems quickly, either by incorporating the assistance of appropriate personnel or by utilizing knowledge gleaned from research.

Skills and Attributes

  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to implement quality and accuracy into each aspect of a project
  • Proficient in using various AI platforms beyond basic queries
  • Able to write cohesively and edit copy
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Google equivalents
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Capable of thoroughly analyzing and interpreting granular data (Google Analytics and/or Google Ads experience is a plus)
  • Superior internet proficiency and internet research skills
  • Ability to learn software quickly
  • Exceeds at working independently
  • Experience with creating layouts with Adobe, Canva, Figma etc. is a plus
