Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and monitor social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase audience engagement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling copy for email marketing campaigns, blog posts, advertisements, and product descriptions that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic traffic.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows and track performance metrics using Google Analytics.
  • Support product management activities by preparing promotional materials and coordinating launch activities for new offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team on performance marketing strategies aimed at increasing conversions and sales.
  • Respond to marketing inquiries and handle sales calls and emails.

Requirements

  • Proven experience or strong familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google AdWords (Google Ads) and Facebook Advertising.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of B2B (business-to-business) marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are desirable for creating visual assets for campaigns.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or product management is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
