Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will support our efforts to connect with diverse audiences through compelling content, innovative campaigns, and data-driven insights. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Drive usage: Monitor product/service usage and increase usage of service via targeted out reach to current customers.
  • Keep social channels updated with relevant and dynamic content
  • Manage recruitment channels and vet/screen and interview new applicants
  • Manage our chat community of 40 employees and contractors through various engagement techniques (virtual trivia, virtual fireside chats)
  • Monthly Newsletters (customer and employee/contractor targeted)
  • Engage in online groups to build awareness of brand and services offered
  • Updates to website and follow-up with incoming leads

Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience.
  • College degree (completed or in progress).
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn AI tools to streamline tasks and processes.
  • History that shows strong communications skills and ability.
  • Collaboration and Positive attitude.
  • Desire to be part of a growing company with room for upward growth and more involvement in company's success.
  • Willingness to "figure things out" and research when appropriate... desire to always be looking to "build a better mouse trap".
  • Self-starter and appropriate risk taking mindset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
