Office Assistant

Roto-Rooter of York is seeking a candidate to join our locally owned and operated business. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, superior customer service skills, and strong organizational skills. As our office assistant you will oversee the day to day work of our service technicians.
Daily Duties will include:
- Managing phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Providing customer service and addressing inquires to maintain customer satisfaction
- Schedule routine and emergency service as well as coordinating with the office manager on ongoing projects.
- Communicating job information and dispatching service techs.
- Preparing and sending invoices and handling accounts receivable.
- Maintaining accurate customer information and communication records
- Maintaining an organized filing system for both physical and digital records; ensuring easy retrieval of documents and information.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time
- In office Monday-Friday 8-4
