Developed by Doctors of Physical Therapy and movement specialists, our mobile app and web-based platform empowers users to improve mobility, strength, recovery, and injury prevention.

We're on a mission to make expert-driven health solutions accessible and effective for all, and we're seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Content Strategist to help us grow our online presence and community engagement.

Position Overview

As our Social Media & Content Strategist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies across social media platforms that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive subscriptions. You'll work closely with our team to develop educational and inspiring content that reflects our doctor-led expertise and mission-driven approach.

This is a remote, flexible role ideal for someone who is passionate about health and wellness, skilled in content creation, and savvy in social media marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with The H Health's mission and business goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Produce various content types including video scripts, captions, carousels, reels, and stories with a focus on educating and inspiring our audience.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and analytics to optimize content and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the brand ambassador team and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and cross-promotion.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships online.
  • Assist in planning and executing paid social campaigns as needed.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging social media tools/platforms to keep The H Health's presence fresh and competitive.

What We Offer

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing (1–5+ years).
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and educational content.
  • Experience producing video content and familiarity with platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels is a strong plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance.
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or related fields.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
