Social Media & Publishing Internship

Fall Program - October 20 -December 19

Part-time Flexible, Remote

ONE30M Group is an ad-tech agency that delivers Creator events, fashion runways, publishing, and technologies to make video entertainment shoppable.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the editing of visual assets for Reels, Stories, and Carousel Posts using CapCut
  • Consistent publishing of content to social media channels (TikTok, Instagram)
  • Report to the Digital Marketing Manager campaign-specific, and weekly account analysis
  • Assist in the social media strategy to engage and entertain across several accounts
  • Assist in campaign-development from ideation to delivery and publishing
  • Identify niche talent, outreach through DM, assemble talent contacts
  • Build audience following and loyalty for Subscribers
  • Cross functional support with copywriters to ensure the integration of Substack articles from links in social media feed

Your skills and professional qualities will include:

  • CapCut, Adobe Suite, or DaVinci for editing Reels with a Portfolio of work to demonstrate your skills
  • Autonomy to roll with a theme, edit reels to a specific template, and invite featured guests to Collaborate on posts, locating their information from Shared Group files
  • Attention to detail across copy (text) and visual designs to ensure consistency (using existing templates for example, to ensure watermark is in the exact same place across all posts)
  • Proactive, responsible, responsive, and diligent with all media assets, ensuring the highest standards when publishing

Applications MUST include your portfolio of social media works, including your Reel edits and or consistency across branded assets (professional or personal account are both fine).
