Magellan Financial and Foundations Investment Advisors are not looking for a "maintainer." We are a national FMO/IMO and RIA, an independent marketing machine built on a simple premise:

We built the Ferrari—a full in-house advertising agency, TV studios, the "Machine Effect" events, and a proprietary lead-gen infrastructure.
Now, we need the driver.
The Mission:
We are looking for a Player-Coach who hates losing more than they like winning. You will take command of our Topeka-based recruiting floor—the heartbeat and energy behind our national operation. You aren't just managing metrics; you are setting the pulse.
Your mandate is to recruit the top 1% of independent financial advisors (Hybrid RIAs & Insurance Producers) to our platform. You will lead a team of 10-12 hunters, but you will not hide behind a dashboard. You will be on the front lines, personally handling 20–50% of the high-stakes closing while modeling the intensity required to win.
Who This Is NOT For (The Filter)
- The "Remote" Warrior:
If you cannot thrive in an office, do not apply. Our energy comes from proximity. This role is 100% on-site in Topeka, KS. We believe in war rooms, not Zoom rooms. - The "HR" Recruiter:
If you think recruiting is about posting ads and screening resumes, you will fail here. This is a high-velocity sales role. You are selling a multi-million dollar business partnership to entrepreneurs. - The Delegator:
If you are looking to "build strategy" while others execute, keep looking. We need a general who carries a rifle. You must be willing to pick up the phone and close the $50M producer yourself.

The Financial Profile
We pay for outcomes, not tenure.
- Year 1 Potential:
$150,000 – $250,000+ (Base + Variable). - The Trajectory:
We expect top performers to push into the $500k+ range within a few years at most, via overrides and team production scaling. - The Safety Net:
