Munoz Ghezlan & Co. is a private-bank-backed finance firm helping real-estate investors scale using Working Capital and Hybrid DSCR Loans. We need a conversion-driven Funnel Builder & Designer to lead our marketing architecture across landing pages, VSLs, and lead-generation systems.

You'll be the architect behind our high-ticket funnels — combining persuasive copy, stunning visuals, and deep user psychology to create a frictionless path from ad → booking → funding.

Responsibilities

  • Build and optimize funnels for Working Capital, DSCR Loans, and new investor offers
  • Write landing page copy, VSL scripts, and headlines that convert cold traffic
  • Design clean, conversion-optimized pages in ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or Webflow
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, and media buyers to align creative direction
  • Set up and track analytics (pixels, UTMs, lead tracking dashboards)
  • A/B test headlines, CTAs, and layouts weekly
  • Collaborate with the CMO to continuously improve conversion rates

  • Landing Page Conversion Rate (opt-in/booked call %)
  • VSL Watch Time & Click-Through Rate
  • Cost Per Appointment (CPA)
  • Funnel Revenue Per Lead (RPL)

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 3+ years of funnel building & copywriting experience (preferably high-ticket)
  • Understands offer psychology, hooks, and value-stack frameworks (Hormozi-style)
  • Knows ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or Webflow inside out
  • Can write persuasive copy and back it up with beautiful UX
  • Obsessed with metrics, tracking, and optimization
  • Has portfolio examples of funnels or landing pages that actually drove sales
