Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to serve as our Director of Funnels & Monetization — a role central to shaping our growth engine, scaling revenue, and transforming our content ecosystem into predictable, high-performing monetization pathways.

This role is ideal for someone who has:

  • Built 7–8 figure funnels
  • Architected end-to-end customer journeys
  • Designed monetization ladders and ascension models
  • Overseen tech stack + funnel infrastructure (GHL, CRM, automations, integrations)
  • Managed cross-functional execution without doing the hands-on technical work
  • Driven revenue through data, testing, optimization, and offer strategy

You will create multiple funnels, manage the complete monetization ecosystem, lead the optimization cycles, and keep execution teams aligned.

Responsibilities

1. Funnel Strategy & Architecture

  • Develop and oversee multiple, parallel funnel ecosystems (book, challenge, webinar, masterclass, VSL, application).
  • Turn existing content, IP, books, frameworks, and recordings into structured offers and monetization paths.
  • Design end-to-end customer journeys with clear ascension:Book → Masterclass → TRUE Alpha → TRUE 365 → Retreats → Brotherhood.
  • Create testing roadmaps and optimization cycles (A/B tests, messaging tests, split funnels).

2. Monetization Models & Revenue Optimization

  • Architect pricing structures, upsell sequences, downsell logic, and bundled offers.
  • Use analytics, attribution data, and behavioral insights to improve CAC, conversion, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities across ads, organic channels, email/SMS, and partnerships.
  • Build funnels that generate fast wins and long-term scalable revenue streams.

3. Marketing Tech Stack Oversight (Non-Engineering)

  • Oversee — not execute — the setup and maintenance of the marketing stack:
  • CRM & automations (GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Tracking (UTM, pixel, analytics)
  • Landing pages & templates
  • Zapier / API-based automations
  • Email/SMS sequences
  • Ensure integrations work smoothly between ads, funnels, CRM, payments, and analytics.
  • Lead the team responsible for implementation: designers, developers, copywriters, media buyers.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage project flow between marketing, creative, tech, operations, and CEO.
  • Implement strong project management and change management frameworks for speed.
  • Communicate priorities clearly and maintain weekly KPI reporting.
  • Keep all funnel assets, timelines, and deliverables professionally organized.

5. Offer Creation & Productization

  • Develop new digital products, micro-offers, challenges, and premium program tiers using existing IP.
  • Ensure market positioning is consistent with The Dietrich Institute's masculine, transformational brand.
  • Work with creative to sharpen messaging, hooks, emotional triggers, and funnel storytelling.

6. Performance Analysis & Continuous Optimization

  • Monitor funnel data daily/weekly and identify bottlenecks.
  • Lead the team in rapid test–learn–iterate cycles to improve conversion rates, show-up rates, and LTV.
  • Produce weekly "State of Funnels" dashboards with clear action items.
  • Own CAC, ROAS, conversion metrics, and the monetization roadmap.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

Strategic + Funnel Expertise

  • Proven experience building and scaling high-converting funnels (preferably 7–8 figure funnels).
  • Expertise with direct response marketing, behavioral psychology, and male-focused transformation markets.
  • Deep understanding of funnel mechanics: tripwire, challenge, webinar, VSL, book funnels.

Tech Stack Fluency (but not sysadmin)

  • CRM automation platforms (GHL preferred)
  • Funnel builders (ClickFunnels, Webflow, GHL, Kajabi, etc.)
  • Analytics tools (GA4, Hyros, Triple Whale, etc.)
  • Email/SMS tools
  • Zapier/API workflows

Leadership & Operational Strength

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional execution.
  • Strong communication skills — clear, decisive, and structured.
  • Ability to translate data into high-performance decisions.

Analytical & Monetization Skills

  • Strong command of funnel metrics, CAC, ROAS, LTV, AOV.
  • Ability to forecast revenue, model scenarios, and optimize monetization flow.
  • Experience designing tiered offers and ascension models.
