Systems Integrator / Automation Builder

Overview

We're looking for a sharp and dependable Systems Integrator to help connect and automate our internal tools, client systems, and marketing workflows.

You'll play a key role in building and maintaining smooth, automated processes that power our lead generation, AI workflows, and CRM operations.

This is a hands-on implementation role — not corporate IT — so we're looking for someone who can jump in, build, test, and optimize systems fast.

What You'll Do

  • Build and optimize automations across platforms like GoHighLevel, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
  • Connect marketing tools (Meta, Google, Calendly, CRMs) for seamless lead flow and routing.
  • Set up triggers, pipelines, and AI-driven follow-up systems for clients.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and fix routing or logic issues as they come up.
  • Create light SOPs and Loom walkthroughs for repeatable builds.
  • Maintain a clean database and automation dashboard.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in GoHighLevel, , or n8n.
  • Comfortable working with webhooks, APIs, and form data.
  • Strong logic-building and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiar with CRMs, marketing funnels, or AI tools (bonus).
  • Self-starter who can work independently and hit deadlines.
  • Clear communicator — you document your work and keep things organized.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
