Scheduling Coordinator

Eminence Home Care is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and managing the schedules of our caregivers, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality care. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will help to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our home care services.

Salary: $22/hour

• Coordinate and schedule caregiver assignments according to client care needs.
• Maintain open communication with caregivers regarding their schedules and availability.
• Quickly resolve any scheduling conflicts or adjustments required.
• Ensure all client visits are timely and efficiently managed.
• Utilize scheduling software to update and track caregiver and client schedules accurately.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and caregivers through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with management to enhance scheduling processes and improve overall service delivery.

• Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role, ideally in healthcare or home care.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish are a strong plus.
• Strong proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office programs.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle urgent situations.
• Empathetic attitude towards clients and a commitment to quality care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus.
