About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Service Manager to join our growing financial planning team. This role is central to delivering an exceptional client experience by overseeing the operational and service functions that support our advisors and clients. The Service Manager ensures that clients receive timely, accurate, and proactive service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client service team, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality support to clients and advisors.
  • Oversee account openings, transfers, money movements, RMDs, and other client account maintenance activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs, account maintenance, and follow up.
  • Partner with advisors and paraplanners to prepare client reviews, financial plan updates, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and improve workflows within CRM
  • Monitor service metrics, turnaround times, and compliance requirements to ensure firm standards are met.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve client service processes, enhance technology use, and streamline operations.
  • Support compliance and documentation standards in coordination with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor workflows, prioritize service requests, and maintain a proactive communication schedule with clients and prospects
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, event coordination, and client appreciation activities as needed.
