We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Call Center associate to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll primarily focus on completing inbound and outboundcompletion calls, which include conducting a virtual walkthrough with the customer while the installer is still on-site. Asking targeted questions based on common installation issues to confirm quality and identify any concerns. Communicate any issues to management so they can be addressed with the installer immediately. Review and explainwarranty information and survey details with customers once they confirm satisfaction

Additional responsibilities would be handling inbound and outboundcallsto schedule flooring measurements . Using ashared scheduling calendar to coordinate and confirm available appointment dates. Follow a defined call script to ensure consistency, professionalism, and accuracy in all customer interactions. You will directly engage with customers to schedule their services and ensure that schedules are efficiently managed using our intuitive software.

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
